Direct Fired Make-up Air Unit from ARES

ARES direct fired systems are designed to provide tempered air for all of your make-up air needs.  Constructed with G-90 galvanized steel, cascaded burner technology with up to 100 to 1 turndown ratio, the motherboard digitally controlling the modulating gas valve, and remote connection for start/stop from an EMS or time clock.

Industrial and Commercial Applications
An air curtain creates a wall of air generated by specialized fans to separate areas of differential pressure.  One of the benefits of an air curtain is it seals out cold/warm air from outside to maintain a controlled environment inside.

Commercial Applications
In summer, humidity is kept outside while the air curtains prevent the loss of air-conditioned comfort inside.
During the winter, the air curtain provides a barrier against cold drafts and reduces the infiltration of cold air into the building.

Insect and Dust Control Applications
Insect control units create an invisible barrier of high velocity air, to protect open doorways against flying insects, dirt, dust and contaminated air.

Cold Storage Applications
Cold storage air curtains for coolers and freezers to maintain interior temperatures and stop the entry of warm, moist air when the main doors are open.

Models are available with heaters to provide added warmth at the doorway.
